Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our faux locs, all sales are final. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.
However, exchanges are accepted under specific circumstances. If you experience an issue with your locs, such as a defect or a concern related to craftsmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear explanation of the issue and supporting photos or videos. This allows us to properly assess the concern and determine how it can be corrected.
Exchanges are offered so that any fix or adjustment can be made while maintaining the integrity and quality of our handmade products. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.
